Right now, drayage capacity is TIGHT. No surprise there—we’ve been seeing this for months now.
But our Carrier 911 team can book a truck in FIVE MINUTES. Just take a look at this move we did last week.
This is how we do it
Last Monday we were notified about a consolidated container that was supposed to move through LCL. From the time the container was discharged off the vessel until it hit the CFS station, the cargo became extremely HOT, on the verge of assembly line down hot. So, Carrier 911 sprang into action and booked an exclusive-use sprinter van.
The cargo became available at 12 p.m. PST and by 2:30 p.m. we had a driver en-route to the CFS station to pick up before close at 4 p.m.
We tracked the driver on the Turvo Driver App from the CFS station to destination Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Our customer’s line didn’t go down and they were able to have peace of mind as they watched the driver on the map from pickup to delivery. That’s end-to-end visibility.
